Moe was born in Bryn Mar, Pennsylvania and grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida.

He received Christ at the age of 15, graduated from Clearwater H.S. in 1960, and completed his apprenticeship in sheet metal work and air conditioning installation at a trade school.

At the age of 23 in 1964, his family moved to Sarasota, FL where with his mother, father, and his deceased wife, Shirley, developed numerous communities, creating Warrington Enterprises. Moe turned over Warrington Enterprises to his two sons seven years ago, Jeff and Jason, the third generation.

In the mid-80’s he joined an organization of men called “C-12” (Christian-12), actually attended their very first meeting and was an active member for nine years. C-12 was created with the purpose of CEO’s to bring Christ into their workplace. C-12 continues to grow in many states.

In 1988, he was invited into a group of seven men to be one of the organizing directors of West Coast Bank of Sarasota, a successful community bank now owned by 5/3 Bank.

Moe has served as a deacon at Sarasota Baptist where he and Marcia have been members since the late 80’s.

When Moe retired from the family business he felt the Lord’s calling to provide drinking water in Third World countries in the name of Jesus. He and his wife, Marcia, as full-time volunteers, are very active in Living Water International, Harvesting in Spanish and Wellspring of Life. And most recently have felt the Lord’s guidance through James 1:27 “…to minister to orphans and widows…”

Moe uses his business and ministry experience to advise in the administration of HIS and has been very instrumental in the water wells and hydraulic system of the ministry’s facilities in El Salvador.

Moe and Marcia are the parents of four adult children, and grandparents of 15 grandchildren in town, within 12 miles of their home. Moe enjoys traveling and riding his bike long distances.
