RH was born in Loudon, Tennessee and has a degree in accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan in Athens, Tennessee. He is Executive Vice-President of Administration at Covenant Transport based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he has worked for 24 years in different executive positions. RH became interested in missions when he went on his first mission trip to El Salvador in 2000. He started as a child sponsor with Harvesting In Spanish and joined the Board in 2005. RH is gifted in the area of human resources, administration, and public relations and has blessed Harvesting In Spanish with his knowledge and experience in all of these areas. |

RH enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and outdoor recreation such as hiking and fishing. He is married to Sharon and they have three grown children and two grandchildren. |
