Christian Literature Distribution

The initial reason that the Benner family came to El Salvador was to start importing Bibles, Christian books and Sunday School material to facilitate the spiritual growth of the Body of Christ and to equip Christian leaders for ministry.

The non-profit Joshua Christian Bookstores (Librerías Josué) were started in 1977 and today have 7 stores through-out parts of the country.

Another part of the literature ministry is the wholesale division which provides larger quantities of materials to churches, Bible Schools, Christian Schools, other Christian bookstores, and in the general marketplace such as grocery stores, pharmacies, beauty salons, etc.

An important aspect of this ministry is the equipping seminars run through-out the year for pastors, leaders and Sunday School teachers. Christian authors and ministers visit El Salvador to participate in seminars and conferences organized by this ministry.
